We love to see new things and to travel to new places. One of our favorite places in the Midwest is the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. There are so many beautiful parks and lakes to explore. Near Lake of the Isles, for example, we discovered the home used in the television series the Mary Tyler Moore show. Mary and her neighbor Rhoda lived in the upper floor of the home. The house is really large, too big for two little bears really.
We also enjoy visiting the sculpture garden near the Walker Art Museum. We enjoy seeing all the beautiful sculptures, especially the big spoon and cherry; the cherry looks almost good enough to eat. Do you think it would taste like a really cherry?
During another recent trip, we were able to visit some of the covered wooden bridges in Madison county, Iowa. The red bridges are really beautiful. We wondered why they were covered, and a nice man told us the reason: it's to protect the expensive hard wood of the bridge floor. Many people had carved or written their names or messages on the wood, but we didn't want to do that; we didn't want to get in trouble, so we'll have to do with the photograph of us.

This is one of the bridges used in the movie! We had a good time discovering them.
