Happy Birthday Jerry!

Today is Jerry's birthday!  And it's an extra special "golden" birthday for Jerry because today is 11/11/11. Isn't that beary cool! Because Jerry's birthday this year is so beary wonderful and extra special "goldeny" Ben and Daddy decided to do something extra fun Jerry and plan a visit to sunny San Francisco for a long weekend! We took a nice walking tour of Golden Gate Park where we dipped and splashed our toes in the water, and did some quick toe wiggles for our pal Bob T. Bear; they were fast because the water was cold!

We then decided to take a nice hike in the hills overlooking a really big bay of water, and as we were hiking, look what we saw! The big Golden Gate bridge! It's beary, beary big!

"Daddy took some photos of Ben and me sitting in front of the big bridge! Ben kept ticking me and I was giggling in the photos" Jerry laughed.

We ended our morning with a nice picnic at a big park and right across the street we saw these really neat houses. They looked very similar but they were different colors. Daddy said they were called the painted ladies and that they have been in lots of movies. We didn't see any ladies with paint on their faces, but the houses were really pretty.
